Active Sludge Reduction
This unique technology uses ozone to penetrate the cell wall of bacteria in part of the return sludge to release the lyses out into the water and then consumed by other bacteria in aeration basin. This process increases the self-degradation speed and mortality of bacteria in aerobic process thus to reduce the amount of activated sludge 30~60% and greatly improve the settling performance in second clarifier.
We offer an integrated system including zone generator, pump skid, reactor, control system as well gas supply station to meet customers’specific requirements of active sludge reduction.
Air Liquide’s water treatment specialists will evaluate your specific site and design a solution that uniquely meets your needs.
