The CRYO CABINET is a fully welded, stainless steel cryogenic cabinet freezer designed by Air Liquide based on the latest hygiene guidelines from the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG) and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). 

The CRYO CABINET can be easily integrated into any batch process and offers the versatility to efficiently freeze, crust freeze or chill nearly any type of food product using liquid nitrogen or carbon dioxide while ensuring exceptional product quality.  It is ideal for those processors that need increased productivity and ease of operation with a minimal capital investment and installation cost. 

The CRYO CABINET is available in 2 sizes to fit either a EURO-NORM or a EURO-PALLET trolley.

The CRYO IMMERSION UNIT- CFV is a patented vibrating in-line cryogenic freezer that is used to crust freeze or individually quick freeze small, uniformly sized products by immersing them in a shallow bath of liquid nitrogen. The CFV is the most compact immersion freezer on the market today and can address the most difficult space constraints.

The CRYO TUNNEL- CFP is the ideal solution for the freezing, crust freezing and hardening of fragile, soft or sticky products that uses a patented technique to transform a food-grade polyester conveyor belt into a quick-freezing sponge of liquid nitrogen.  It is ideal for those processors that need to reduce product deformation, belt marking or sticking to the belt.  The CRYO TUNNEL- CFP can be used on its own or in combination with other types of freezing equipment. 

The freezer has been designed for improved clean-ability plus ease of operation and maintenance with a minimal capital investment and installation cost.

The CRYO TUNNEL- UF is a modular in-line cryogenic tunnel that allows for an easy and cost-effective expansion as the processor’s needs change and grow.

The UF offers the versatility to efficiently freeze, crust freeze or chill nearly any type of food product using liquid nitrogen or carbon dioxide while ensuring exceptional product quality. The UF is available in either one or three tier modules in order to meet the specific productivity, space and installation requirements of the processor.

The CRYO TUNNEL- ZF3 is a stainless steel in-line cryogenic tunnel that can be easily integrated into any food processing line.
